Thanks so much for your exemplary service in handling the recent replacement of my truck cover that was damaged while still under warranty. It is great customer service to stand by your warranty as you have done. I also appreciate the kind consideration you showed in my several telephone calls to you. I had competely forgotten that my original cover ordered in early 2009 was replaced then at no cost before I could use it when I sold the my 2002 Tundra and purchased a 2007 Tundra. That was also an example of exceptional customer service. You have a customer for life.
