Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at CoversDirect®. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us, toll free, at 1-866-818-9901. You may also click on our electronic request form to fill out an email request for assistance. We will address your concerns on the next available business day.
Here are the important notes to keep in mind when returning or exchanging an order:
- Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product for return information.
- CoversDirect® cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD.
- All packages must be shipped prepaid with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) prominently displayed on the packaging. You may obtain a RGA number on qualified returns by calling us (1-866-818-9901). You may also fill out an email request for assistance.
- Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
- All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Custom-made products that are unique to your vehicle are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a warranty issue.
- If CoversDirect® deems a custom order returnable, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Cancelling Your Order or Making Changes to your Order after it is placed
We ask that you call us within 24 hours after placing an order to make any changes or to cancel your order. We will try to accommodate your request in all instances where it is possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if we have processed your order. If your product has already started the production process, we will not be able to process your request for cancellation. If your product has already shipped, you will need to call us after you receive the product at 1-866-818-9901 (toll free) to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number for return or exchange.
Custom Cover Returns and Exchanges
All special orders and custom car, truck, motorcycle, and ATV covers are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If there is a problem with the quality of your special order or custom cover, however, you are protected. CoversDirect® will repair or replace the cover as needed, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product. Your product must be shipped prepaid with a Return Goods Authorization Number prominently displayed on the packaging. Please click here to fill out an email request for assistance.
Non-Custom Cover (Ready-Fit) Returns and Exchanges
We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our facility. CoversDirect® will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, please consider placing a new order. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the box. If an item is received and is not in first quality condition, the return will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% or returned to you at the discretion of the returns department.
