Our Warranties are as follows:
The workmanship and materials in your product are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.
If there is a defect, Covers Direct will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the shipper.
Covers Direct will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped to you in error or defective upon arrival.
Sunbrella® ,WeatherShield HD, Weathershield HP, and Noah Covers: The warranty periods for Acrylic Sunbrella®, Weathershield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Noah Car Covers is: 5 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
WeatherShield, Technalon, and Dustop: The warranty periods for WeatherShield, Technalon, Dustop are: 4 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Block-IT® 380 Series and Form-Fit Indoor: The warranty period for Block-IT® 380 Series Car Covers and Form-Fit Indoor Car Covers is: 3 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Multibond Block-IT® 200: The warranty period for Multibond Block-IT® 200 Car Covers is: 2 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Tan Flannel and Poly-Cotton: The warranty periods for Tan Flannel or Poly-Cotton Car Covers are: 90 days dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Evolution (Technalon): The warranty period for Evolution (Technalon) Car Covers is: 4 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Block-IT® 380 Series: The warranty period for Block-IT® 380 Series Car Covers is: 3 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
Multibond Block-IT® 200: The warranty period for Multibond Block-IT® 200 Car Covers is: 2 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty period for Poly-Cotton Seat Savers is 90 days dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty period for Tonneau Cover fabric is as follows: 1 year dated from the original purchase date for Rail System Tonneaus, and 3 years dated from the original purchase date for Snap and "Zip and Go" Type Tonneaus.
All tonneau frames carry a Lifetime warranty.
The warranty period for Front End Masks is 90 days dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty period for Heat Shields is 90 days dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.

If you buy from Covers Direct and find a lower printed price on a competitor's in stock item, Covers Direct will gladly honor the lower price (excluding advertised specials and year-end close-outs). Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at Covers Direct. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-866-818-9901 to inform us of your problem.
We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, we suggest you consider placing a new order. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product.
All special orders and custom car covers are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your special order or custom car cover, however, you are protected. Covers Direct will repair or replace the cover as needed. Covers Direct cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid with a Return Goods Authorization Number prominently displayed on the packaging. You may obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number on qualified returns by calling us, toll free, at 1-866-818-9901. You may also click here to fill out an email request for assistance. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
