I had a bunch of questions prior to ordering. I used the on line chat and spoke with Maria first who helped me a bunch. Then I had more questions and I chatted again, this time with Heather. Both women helped me out so much. I ordered my car cover through the chat with Heather and it arrived the NEXT day! The cover is just as described and fits my car perfectly. This gentleman called in a few weeks ago and I referred him to Covers Direct for his purchases.
He just called and said he was so pleased with the covers and fit. He just wanted to let us know . He was also going to call Jessica at Covers Direct and tell her the same thing.
